Anthony is Assistant Vice President of Frenkel Surety and responsible for the placement and management of surety bonds for the Environmental & Construction industry. Anthony has over 14 years experience specializing in the establishment of local and national surety programs.

Anthony started his surety career with a regional agency on Long Island. He later joined a large national agency as the Bond Manager overseeing bond programs ranging from $10 million to $250 million.

Anthony is actively involved in a number of local trade organizations including the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association of NJ (UTCA), American Subcontractors Association of NJ (ASA), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) as well as the Environmental Business Council of New Jersey. He is currently on the Board of the New Jersey Surety Association as well as a member of the New York Surety Association. Anthony is also extremely active in National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP).

Anthony holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from State University of New York –Binghamton. He has successfully completed the following designations: Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and maintains a Property and Casualty License in the following states New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont, and Mississippi.
