Joe is Vice President of Frenkel Surety and responsible for the placement and management of surety bonds for the Environmental & Construction industry.  Joe has over 15 years experience specializing in the establishment of local and national surety programs.   

Joe started his surety career with Safeco handling construction surety programs in the NY Region.  He later joined Hartford as Regional Manager overseeing bond programs ranging from $10 million to $250 million. 

Joe is actively involved in a number of local trade organizations including the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association of NJ, American Subcontractors Association of NJ, and the Environmental Business Council of New Jersey.  He is a member of the New Jersey Surety Association and has served on the board of the New York Surety Association for 3 years.  Joe frequently speaks at events conducted by public agencies, private organizations, and trade associations including Columbia University, the NYC Housing Authority, Stevens Institute of Technology, and the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey. 

Joe holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College and maintains a New Jersey Property and Casualty License.
