Mark has over 15 years of experience in casualty claims.   He received his Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School in 1988 and is a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey.  

Prior to joining Frenkel Environmental, Mark worked with large international and regional carriers.  His experience in the insurance claims industry includes major aviation losses, environmental, large exposure excess claims, personal/commercial lines, professional liability, toxic tort as well as workers’ compensation.
